Share The Light Race Night
'Share the Light' aims to share the light of education with children in the developing world. This summer 13 students and four staff will work in the 'City of Joy', a project run by Salesian Sisters to bring hope to children orphaned by AIDS. We aim to 'build bridges' between our Salesian Community and the Salesians in Zambia. We need your support.
On Friday 22 June, we are holding a Race Night fundraiser at Wimbledon Greyhound Stadium. The evening will involve greyhound nomination, sponsored races, prize raffles, human greyhounds, the opportunity to help some of the poorest people in the world and a great night out with friends.
Two packages are available:
- Executive Package: Entry to the Stadium and its restaurant, complete with Three course meal with wine and coffee. £39.50
- The “Six-Pack”: Entry to the Stadium, Chicken nuggets/scampi and chips, refreshments, TOTE bet and return voucher, race programme plus drink voucher. £19.50
Return coach travel from Salesian College, Farnborough which will cost an additional £10 per person, leaving Farnborough at 5:30pm, and returning at approximately 11:45pm.
Ticket purchases can be made using the option box and link below. Alternatively, by cash/cheque (made payable to "Salesian College") complete with names and contact details labelled “Share the Light Race Night” to the school.
